Dave de Hart brings over 40 years of coaching and playing experience to the development of soccer players from the youth level, college level and the professional levels to the Central Valley of California. In 1993 Dave was awarded his National 'A' Level Coaching Certificate from the United States Soccer Federation.

Prior to returning to Northern California, Dave spent ten seasons as the head coach of the men?s soccer program at the University of the Ozarks in Arkansas. Dave de Hart compiled an outstanding 135-60-15 record and .678 winning percentage at Ozarks. He is among the winningest men?s soccer coaches by percentage in the NCAA. de Hart led the Eagles to an American Southwest Conference record nine consecutive playoff tournament appearances, with five of those trips resulting in playing in the tournament championship match. In 2007 he led the Eagles to a conference season championship with a 12-2-0 conference record. He led the Eagles to the 2003 ASC tournament title and to the final 32 of the NCAA Championship Tournament that season. In 2001, de Hart was named ASC Coach of the Year after leading the Eagles to a school-best 18-3-1 record and a first-place finish in the ASC East Division during the regular season. He also garnered the conference Coach of the Year award in 2000 and 2003. He coached more than 60 All-Conference players and twelve Academic All-Americans during his tenure at Ozarks.

His coaching experience ranges from the youth level, including state, regional and national Olympic Development teams, to the high school, to the college level and the professional level. His soccer resume includes positions held as the State Director of Coaching in Nevada and Club Director of Coaching in Northern California. He coached at the competitive level in Modesto, California for 13 years where he compiled over 500 victories and three Northern California State Championships. de Hart is widely regarded as a top level coach throughout the United States. Additionally, as the author of Teaching and Understanding Soccer Goalkeeping and the trainer of many excellent goalkeepers he is a confirmed outstanding and highly respected goalkeeper trainer.

In 1996 de Hart briefly left California to become the first Director of Coaching for United States Soccer of Nevada. In this position he directed all aspects of soccer in the state of Nevada, including Coaching License courses, player development curriculum, Region IV ODP and college soccer recruiting. In 1997 he returned to Modesto, California upon being named the head coach of the U.S.I.S.L. Professional Soccer Leagues' Stanislaus Cruisers. In early 1998 de Hart was named the Goalkeeper Coach for the U.S.I.S.L. 'A' Leagues' San Francisco Bay Seals.

Dave de Hart looks to provide a future, both academically and athletically to his athletes. He holds a masters degree in health and physical education and considers a quality education vital to the overall success of any student-athlete. de Hart has had remarkable success at each level of coaching. However, he considers his greatest accomplishments, not to be the many wins, but the many players that he has helped to develop into quality soccer players and people.

Trace Hollis is a former professional goalkeeper. He is currently involved in all aspects of our Northern California training operations. Additionally, Trace is an active youth team coach within the Earthquakes-East Valley Futbol Club and a staff coach with our Lil' Quakes program.

Prior to returning to California in 2006 Trace worked as the Assistant Head Men's Soccer Coach at the University of the Ozarks in Arkansas for four years.

Professionally, Trace played with the Kansas City Wizards, Carolina Dynamo, New Hampshire Phantoms and Sacramento Knights where he won a world indoor championship. He played his college soccer at Fresno State University and Modesto Junior College where he one of only two male soccer players to be inducted into the MJC Athletic Hall of Fame.

He played his youth soccer in Modesto, California for the AJAX United Club. His team, the AJAX Flying Circus, was the winner of the programs first ever CYSA State Championship. He was an Olympic Development Program state and regional team member for five consecutive years.

Trace brings a players viewpoint to his training that is insightful and unique. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of the Ozarks. His many years of experience qualify him as an outstanding teacher and coach. Trace has coached from the youth to the college levels with great success at each stop. Trace is currently living in Modesto, CA with his wife Lisa and children, Mylie, Trae and Sophie.

Reggie Rivas is the founder of Crescenta Valley Soccer Club. He is the former head coach for the Crescenta Valley High School girl's soccer program. His 2002 varsity squad finished a very successful season by an appearance in the CIF Division II finals, the first CIF finals appearance ever by a local area women?s soccer program. He has received the Daily News Coach of the Year award, Glendale Lion?s Club Coach of the Year Award, and the Glendale News Press Coach of the Year Award. Later that year Reggie became a volunteer assistant coach with the UCLA Women?s team under head coach Jillian Ellis.

 In 2003 his team won the prestigious State Open Cup, which was an 87-team tournament that year. In 2004 his under 19 team won the CSL Silver Elite division, and his U-15 participated in the Gold division of Coast Soccer League. First team in club history to achieve gold status. In 2005 he help the club grow to twelve teams and in 2007 they are at 14 teams.

 Reggie grew up in Modesto, California. Played club soccer for AJAX United Club , under Dave de Hart. He was a member of the Olympic Development Program (ODP) state team for years and a regional pool player for two years. He played for Modesto Junior College for two years then transferred to Cal State University Northridge before an injury ended his college career. At Modesto Junior College, Reggie received All Conference first team and all Northern California team first team in both seasons. 

 He has taken USA girls under 15, 17 and 19 teams to compete in the Gothia Cup (World Youth Cup) in Sweden. In 2005 he took his girls under15 Gold team before competing in the tournament, they first made a stop in England to train with the English Premier League Team, Manchester United football Club. At that stop, his team won the Tri-Nations tournament. Where they competed against Manchester City LFC and a local Welsh club team called Canarfon Town Club.

Reggie has coached and developed numerous players that have played at the collegiate level as well. The past two years Reggie has also helped develop an organization known as CVCAN (Crescenta Valley commitment to Athletic Needs) and raised over 1.4 million dollars to upgrade the athletic field and track where CVSC trains and plays their games. He holds a National USSF National "C" license. Reggie understands the importance of building strong technical skills in young players while keeping the game of soccer a fun challenge.
